Ted Bonel B.Eng (Hons) is a strategic advisor & coach to CEOs and Executive Teams across Australia. Driven by a relentless passion for learning and helping business leaders develop and execute strategy to deliver profitable, sustainable growth. Ted provides organisations and their leaders with facilitation support and executive education which is focused on Strategy Development & Strategy Execution.

His expertise is based on a mixture of wide business experience (with over 20 years of practical experience in various industries and as CEO of a Fast Growth Private & Public Company), effective tools, as well as a great deal of consulting and executive education – all centred around Strategy Development & Strategy Execution. Ted’s approach to working with clients is as unique as his specialist focus. Always seeking to challenge clients’ thinking – but equally unafraid to roll up his sleeves and help execute the ideas generated.

Sonia McDonald believes we should lead with kindness and courage, from the heart, doing rather than telling and is known for her mantra ‘Just Lead’. Membership in The Executive Inc. provides leaders the tools, resources and opportunities to Learn & Grow. Learning is a central theme of the forums and is one of the primary reasons leaders choose to join.


Members inThe Executive Inc. meet once a month for a half day. Led by your Forum Leader, this environment is designed to address the unique opportunities and challenges you face as a top executive. This monthly meeting has distinct components such as educational, strategy and leadership.

Your Forum Leader will deliver an Educational Component in most monthly forum meetings. These workshops are focused on Global Thought Leaders, Leadership Development and provide overviews of new management tools and strategic concepts including Decisions One Page Plan.

These forums are highly interactive, they move beyond theory to practical application.

Each month you will attend a three hour face to face workshop in Brisbane on the first Wednesday of every month between 9am-12pm.

Plan to set aside about 6-8 hours per month for the program which includes the workshops, homework, planning and learning between each workshop. The more you put into these forums, the more you will get out of them.

TheThe Executive Inc. consists of 11 face to face three hour workshops over 11 months held in Brisbane CBD. 

Good written and oral English language skills are required.

No background in business management or leadership is needed for this program. We have designed the workshops for professionals working in small to medium sized organisations.

But anyone with an interest in learning about business and leadership is more than welcome.
